The final day of the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) began with morning preliminary races.
In the women’s 200-yard backstroke, Rose-Hulman’s Ellie Hong set the pace with a time of 2:02.10. Wheaton’s Chris Szymczak took first in the men’s prelims with a time of 1:49.43.
Wheaton’s Kirsty Nitz touched first in the women’s 100-yard freestyle with a time of 51.18. A Wheaton swimmer also took first in the men’s event. Jack O’Connor touched in 45.33.
