Washington and Lee started the night in winning fashion, beating their own meet and open record in the 200 medley relay. Stephanie Foster, Sarah Schaffer, Kira Tomenchok, and Elle Chancey went a 1:45.46, a half second under the NCAA B cut. Emory and Henry’s Jessica Richardson, Michaela Nolte, Claire Goodrum, and Taylor Guardalabene snagged second (1:47.96). Randolph-Macon was back at 1:51.92 for third, with the team of Kata Kylliainen, Alexis Campbell, Rachel Leigh, and Megan Granger.
W&L teammates Haylee Rademann and Emma Swabb had a great race in the 400 IM. Rademann lead the entire way, and held on for the win, 4:38.66 to 4:38.88. Guardalabene finished third in a 4:44.83.
