Following her win in the 200 fly, Louisville’s Kelsi Worrell sat down with David Rieder of Swimming World to discuss her emotions throughout the meet, her team’s finish, and her excitement in watching Louisville’s continued improvement. Worrell notes that she had never felt the kind of pain she experienced in finishing the 200 fly, but was happy with the win and time. While she explained that her team didn’t accomplish their goal, they did score more points than last year. Moving forward, Worrell reacts to her upcoming adventure as a professional swimmer as well as her excitement in having her sister Taylor Worrell at NCAAs with her.
