Molly Hannis was a two sport athlete until she was 14 years old. After qualifying for her first senior national meet, she turned her focus towards the pool. Now, she’ll represent the United States in the 200 breaststroke in Rio.
Hannis shared her memory of making the team, knowing the race was close, but not being able to see much. The Tennessee graduate will enter the Olympics tied for the eighteenth best time in the world this year.
Hannis also shared her connection with fellow first time Olympian Maya DiRado and how special it is to share this experience with her.
