OMAHA, Neb. – For the first time ever, the 2016 U.S. Olympic Team Trials – Swimming are completely sold out for the entire eight days of competition, June 26-July 3 at the CenturyLink Center Omaha.
Prior to each of the 15 sessions, there will be approximately 200 standing room only tickets that go on sale exclusively at the CenturyLink Center Omaha ticket office. SRO tickets for the morning preliminary sessions cost $15 and will go on sale at 8 a.m. daily, while evening finals tickets are $40 and will go on sale at 4:45 p.m.
“The excitement of watching America’s greatest swimmers compete for a spot on the U.S. team going to Rio continues to build and we are thankful U.S. swimmers will compete in front of a sold-out arena every morning and evening in Omaha,†said Mike Unger, USA Swimming Assistant Executive Director. “We know there are swim fans still hoping to watch the competition and we are working with the Omaha Sports Commission and MECA to create standing room only areas allowing more fans to experience each day of the Trials.â€
