Swimming World Presents Around The Table With Cody Miller

After Olympic gold and bronze medalist Cody Miller spoke with a nutritionist and developed a healthier diet, he has seen stark improvement in recovery time after practices, and he’s detected more energy toward the end of the week after logging many miles of hard breaststroke.

Miller, who powered his way to an individual bronze medal and a relay gold medal at the Rio Olympics, shares some of his favorite meals and snacks to help keep his body fueled, while Swimming World’s resident nutritionist, Tasija Korosas, describes why these foods are great for fueling and recovering the body.
