California’s Rachel Bootsma captured her third NCAA title in the women’s 100-yard back at the 2016 NCAA Division I Women’s Championships.
Bootsma, who came home blazing in 25.75, touched first in a time of 50.28. Â That swim is the sixth-best of all time. Â She now owns three of the top 10 times ever.
