The third day of the New South Intercollegiate Swim Conference Championships began this morning. The prelims swims of the men’s and women’s 500 free, 100 back, 100 breast and 200 butterfly were swam.
The winner of the 400 IM, Melanie Tombers of Delta had the fastest time this morning in the women’s 500 free with a 5:01.89. West Florida’s Madeline Pitt went a 5:03.89 for the second quickest time of the morning and Abigail Isom from Delta touched third with a 5:05.72.
