Marco Koch cranked out a sizzler in the men’s 200-meter breast at the FFN Golden Tour in Amiens tonight.
Koch, who led the world last year with a blistering 2:07.76 at Worlds, posted a faster time today with a 2:07.74 to win the men’s 200-meter breast.
That swim is in the top 20 all time, and just off Koch’s German record of 2:07.47 from the 2014 European Championships. Â And, this is the first weekend in February.
Akihiro Yamaguchi might just finally see his surprise world record of 2:07.01 from Japan in 2012 finally fall this year.
