No stranger to the podium, Kelsi has taken the sport by storm on both the national and world stage. In 2014, she won the 100y and 200y butterfly at the AT&T Winter National Championships, before continuing on to champion the 100m fly at the Phillips 66 National Championships the following year. As a Louisville Cardinal, Kelsi earned two titles in the 100y and 200y fly events at the 2015 NCAA Championships. Her impressive swim in the 100y fly also set a new American and NCAA Record.

Kelsi earned three medals at the 2015 Pan American Games, including gold for her swim in the 100m fly. Most recently, she further lowered her own American and NCAA Records in the 100y fly at the 2016 NCAA Championships on her way to yet another collegiate title. This summer Kelsi hopes to take her success to new heights at the U.S. Olympic Trials in Omaha, Nebraska, where she will be vying for a chance to represent her country at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro.
