Another NCAA DII record was broken this morning at the 2016 NCAA Division II Championships, this time from Drury’s Wen Xu. Her time of 22.36 broke her own record she set last year by one tenth. She’ll take the top seed heading into finals.
Tampa’s Marisa Barton was also under 23 seconds, posting a time of 22.88. Wingate’s Armory Dumur was third in 23.00.
UCSD’s Natalie Tang (23.12), UCSD’s Colleen Daley (23.14), LIU Post’s Meghan Brazier (23.14), Queens’ Kyrie Dobson (23.16), and Wayne State’s Lezlie Bueno Estrada (23.21) complete the top eight.
