Jessica Ashwood swam a meet record 4:07.21 in the 400 freestyle. Lauren Boyle (4:09.43) out touched Leah Neal (4:09.71) for second place.
Mitch Larkin swam a 1:55.31 in the 200 backstroke to snag the meet record. He’s the world leader in that event.
