The 2015 Nation’s Capital Invitational kicked off Thursday night with a slim six events being offered.
Nation’s Capital’s Kaitlin Pawlowicz topped the competition in the Open 1650-yard Free with a time of 16:06.24, just slightly ahead of teammate Megan Byrnes’ 16:06.61.
Bridget Semenuk of CPAC turned in a time of 16:57.67 to narrowly beat SSC-MA’SÂ Madison Kolessar and her time of 16:57.88 in the girls 13-14 1650.
