With the championship season rapidly coming to a close for high school and college swimmers, we look forward to a brief, yet well deserved one to two week break before we get back at it in the offseason leading into summer training.
After enjoying some time out of the water, there is no time like the present to begin strengthening weaknesses, honing in on the little things, and taking the outcome of your recently completed season and building off of it.
It may be the case that you had an excellent season, or maybe you ended up swimming flat and below expectations. Regardless, it is officially time to get your butt back in the pool and weight room and use last season as fuel to motivate your training every single day.
